Hotel had excellent lobby. We booked twin room with mountain view. Breakfast was very good, well presented and with a great selection of options. We really enjoyed this venue and would stay there again when in Zermatt.

Very good place with GREAT views of the mountain. We enjoyed the amenities, such as a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area and a radio. Only a short distance to Excelsior, where you can have lunch.
